- 4wholeEggs
- 7dlMilk
- 5dlAll purpose flour
- 16clBeer
- 0.5tspLemon juice
- 1tbspSugar
- POWDERED CARDAMOM
- Vanilla sugar (can be substituted with vanilla extract)
- SALT
Instructions
- 1Whisk eggs, beer, lemon juice and half of the milk together.
- 2Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 3Alternate between adding the dry mix and the rest of the milk to the wet batter. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- 4Heat up a medium size pan. When it is hot, add a scoop of butter.
- 5When the butter has melted, add a cup of batter and tip the pan back and forth to distribute it evenly.
- 6Once the edges are browned and there is no more liquid batter on the pan, use a spatula to flip the pancake and bake it on the other side.
- 7Repeat step 5 and 6 until you are out of batter. Serve with sugar and lemon wedges.
