    Flour
  • 2Tsp
    Baking Powder
  • 1Tsp
    Baking Soda
  • 1Tbsp
    Sugar
  • 2Ea
    Eggs
  • 2cup
    Buttermilk (or fresh milk of choice)
  • 3Tbsp
    Light cooking oil (to liking
  • 1cup
    Frsh Blueberries (optional)

Instructions

    Mix flour baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Add eggs and milk and mix until smooth. Mix in cooking oil and let sit to room temperature. Heat griddle to 325 degrees. Pour mix onto griddle making 6-8" size pancakes. Add optional blueberries. When underside of pancake is golden brown (1-2 mins) flip and cook until similarly golden brown. Servie with lots of butter and syrup!
