Ingredients
- 4Eggs
- 1cupQuinoa
- 1Avocado
- 4Pickles
Instructions
- 1Cook quinoa by following instructions on packaging. Save leftovers for future bowls.
- 2Scramble 4 eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste
- 3Combine cooked quinoa and eggs to bowl, and add avocado, pickles, hot sauce, and whatever other toppings you like (cheese, kimchi, cabbage)
