    Quinoa
  • 1
    Avocado
  • 4
    Pickles

Instructions

    Cook quinoa by following instructions on packaging. Save leftovers for future bowls.

    Scramble 4 eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste
  3. 3
    Combine cooked quinoa and eggs to bowl, and add avocado, pickles, hot sauce, and whatever other toppings you like (cheese, kimchi, cabbage)
